“In such potential but exceptional cases, where hydrometeorological conditions or other reasons of force majeure, prevent the boat trip (before or after having set out) or we are required to return to port without having completed the watch, WHALES ARGENTINA will reimburse the passengers the whole amount of their ticket, or otherwise, at each traveller’s preference, issue a new ticket to be used at another time or on another day, or offer travellers the option of making the trip with another fellow company, free of charge.”

TOURS GENERAL GUIDELINE

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE

Full day excursion to visit Península Valdés – approximately 400 km – and do the whale watching trip. Includes private car and bilingual tour guide (who can come aboard, along with his/her passengers, to provide them with more information during the whale watch)

PRIVATE SERVICE
The private excursion allows passengers to manage their own staying times at each visiting place or stopover. This also provides them with the flexibility to leave Madryn earlier than 8:00 am and get back later than 8:00 pm.
